A case like this is a must have item if you are hiring someone to pull your car across the country. WHY? Because if your shipper is like most racecar couriers they are taking several other cars and will not have a ton of space for stuff outside of the car (besides a set of two of wheels). Put your scales in the case, lock it, put it in the car and cable it to the roll cage.
